The video shoots for both of the Heathen Apostles’ Misery and Gin music videos (teaser and full length) have wrapped, and a gallery of behind-the-scene photos has been uploaded. The Misery and Gin EP will be released this Friday, July 22nd on Ratchet Blade Records, and the release show is Thursday July 21st at the Viper Room in West Hollywood, Ca. Heathen Apostles at Merle Haggard Tribute
The Heathen Apostles appeared as a trio at the Merle Haggard Tribute May 15th at Viva Cantina in Burbank, Ca. The show was a smash, with over 20 artists performing. The Heathens played I’m Gonna Break Every Heart I Can and Misery & Gin, below are some photos of the event by John Nikolai.
Heathen Apostles’ “Requiem For A Remix” Release Weekend A Wrap
The release weekend for the new Heathen Apostles remix album Requiem For A Remix went insanely well as was hoped. Thursday saw the release of the Requiem promo video (watch it HERE), Friday evening included an appearance on 88.9 KXLU’s Stella Stray Pop show followed by a visit to DJ Meikee Magnetic at The Happy Haus night. The weekend capped off with the Heathens playing Bar Sinister in Hollywood, thanks to all that tuned in, rocked out and have been supporting the Heathen Apostles throughout the years. Heathen Apostles Acoustic Shows A Wrap
The Heathen Apostles’ special February acoustic appearances wrapped this past Saturday with a full band set at The Echo in Echo Park, Ca. The band will be back in their full acoustic/electric Gothic Roots glory at Bar Sinister (at Boardner’s) in Hollywood on Saturday April 9th. Also appearing will be Jason Charles Miller (of Godhead) and Hannah Aldridge. Check out some great photos by Diana Ming Jeong from The Echo gig below.
